TinyLife are thrilled to announce our new charity partnership with Start Solar UK & Ireland.
Start Solar is a renewable energy – design and installation – company that specialises in a range of renewable energy solutions. Their mission is to ensure that solar energy becomes an affordable source of energy for every business and household.
Start Solar UK & Ireland founder Andrew McKee said: Supporting the communities in which we operate is a big part of the co-operative ethos of Start Solar. TinyLife provide fantastic emotional and practical support services to premature babies and their families both in neonatal units and communities across Northern Ireland. We are delighted to be connected to such a fantastic charity and we hope to raise as much as possible through staff fundraising and sponsorship to help the charity grow their services.
Start Solar have pledged to make a £10 donation to TinyLife for every solar installation over the next 12 months. In addition the Start Solar staff will take part in a range of fundraising challenges and activities.
TinyLife Head of Fundraising and Communications Seán Conlon said: As a local charity we rely heavily on the support of local businesses. We are delighted to have Start Solar as part of #TeamTiny and we are excited to work with the team over the next year. The money raised will help make a huge difference to local babies born prematurely and their families.
